The Perfect Christmas Resort Hopping Route at Walt Disney World

Did you know you could do the holidays at Disney for FREE?!? Christmas resort hopping at Walt Disney World is my new yuletide tradition. It’s a fun way to enjoy the Disney life on a budget and you’ll be able to save one of your park hopper days on your trip.

It’s something I tried for the first time a few years ago with OutdoorsyDiva and now I am totally hooked!

The Death of ExtraTERRORestrial Alien Encounter at the Magic Kingdom

A few weeks ago, on a super EXTRA hot Florida day, I spent some time in Tomorrowland at the Magic Kingdom exploring the nooks and crannies I’d ignored on prior visits. On my journey I passed Stitch’s Great Escape with a less than five minute wait and thought to myself, “why not catch the next showing,” so I detoured and headed inside for the pre-show.

13 Things We Love About Fall at the Florida Theme Parks

Pumpkin spice, horrors at Universal, wild nights at Busch Gardens, and trick or treating with Mickey are some things we love about fall in central Florida.

A couple of days ago I was riding in the car and for once I was able to have my windows down. There was a briskness in the Florida air that’s always welcomed and desired in this state. This time of year happens to be one of our (ThemeParkHipsters) favorites with the opportunity to enjoy the parks in the fall with fewer amounts of people. We come out of our summer hibernation in Florida and bask in the fall décor both autumn and spooky in nature as it kicks off the holiday season.
