2014 Resolution #1: Dinner at Epcot’s Les Chef de France

The year is starting off right and as mentioned in my resolution list, I am truly determined to complete each goal this time around.

ThemeParkHipster’s New Year’s Resolutions 2014

Whelp, it’s a new year again and like most people I’ve made resolutions for 2014; however, my resolutions involve animals of Africa, food from France, and a voyage on the Titanic ThemeParkHipster style!

I am determined to conquer my ThemePark resolutions this year. Last year I procrastinated half way through, which led to my disappointing letdown of the 2013 goals. But Hipsters please trust me when I say that I will do it this year…seriously, I’m for real (I write this as I think of the readers laughing at my failed attempt to convince the masses of my determination).

ThemePark Christmas Florida Fun 2013!

The 2013 Christmas season has been so wonderful that I wanted to give you all a Photo Post instead of the normal blog post. This year I decided to take you on a journey around as much of Walt Disney World, Universal Studios Florida, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and many others to capture the amazing holiday happenings going on in the sunshine state.

Feel free to post any of your pictures or stories here.

Enjoy!

EPCOT Country Highlight: Let’s Go to Mexico!

Hola, Amigos! Let’s take a trip to the beautifully diverse country of Mexico, but we won’t be leaving Florida for this visit. EPCOT will teleport us to the mystical mountainous country by the imaginative magic of Walt Disney. Here you can hear the mariachi band performing in the background, taste exquisite food that will allure your taste buds, sip on tantalizing tequila, and have a watery adventure with the Three Caballeros in the twilight of the Plaza de los Amigos.

TPH’s 3D Disney’s Dessert Discovery Quest 2013

Dessert overload with sweetness swirling throughout my palate, sugarplums dancing on my plates, and divine nectar of the vine to quench my thirst were all a part of my dining experience during my 3D Disney’s Dessert Discovery adventure at Epcot’s Food and Wine Festival.

Tasting My Way Around the World at EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival

What do you call an experience globetrotting the many cuisines of multiple countries in one day??? I call it Tasting My Way Around the World at EPCOT! This year’s event was really peaceful and enjoyable. I guess it was due to the fact that I’d tasted most of the items from previous years so this time I was able to focus solely on trying new dishes, new cocktails, and new seminars.

Sweet Sundays at Disney

EPCOT

Mission Space

Today I made an unexpected trip to Walt Disney World. I’ve been going through the unforeseeable trials of life lately and this place is truly my own refuge from the harsh realities of this world. I call it my personal Therapist. Whenever I see the “Welcome to Walt Disney World” sign that greets me at the entrance, my whole mood changes and I began to perk up.

Autumn Please Come Soon….

August 2012September192012 112

The fall itch has got me super excited! I am counting down the scorching summer days to the time when my palate will be engulfed with the cuisine and beverages from around the world at EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival.

Don’t forget about the ghoulish frights that Halloween around central Florida can bring at places such as Universal Studios, Busch Gardens, the Magic Kingdom, and Sea World.

What I’m most excited for is the cooler Florida temperatures, the smaller crowds, and my regularly scheduled weekly ThemePark hopping excursions. What are some of your favorite fall amusement park activities?
