Ahh…the brink of Florida summer is quickly approaching and the Floridians are preparing for the time of year that makes us question our choice of residence. Luckily, Dockside Margaritas has opened just in time to usher in the variety of delicious thirst quenchers to make our heat-stricken summer more bearable.
Happy Sunday Hipsters! It’s time for your Walt Disney World News Around the Mouse.
The BOATHOUSE opened April 13th 2015 in Downtown Disney. As mentioned in previous posts, the BOATHOUSE will be an upscale, waterfront dining experience. This foodie adventure will immerse guests with live music and guided tours aboard the Captain’s Italian Water Taxi complete with champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries.
The convoy of Disney Food Trucks may have arrived into their new exciting home in Exposition Park at Downtown Disney West Side. The menus continue to evolve as guest enjoy this new Disney Foodie treat.
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas… well kind of. Walt Disney World Resort has started placing Disney Christmas decor all around the magical central Florida destination!
You can now see holiday displays throughout the Walt Disney World Resort. The Holiday Services team will be installing yuletide designs at Epcot after park hours on Nov. 13th-14th. The Holiday Services team will also be installing holiday decor at Disney’s Animal Kingdom after park hours on Nov. 17th-18th. This is definitely my favorite time of year at Disney.
The Morimoto Asia and BOATHOUSE dining experiences are coming to Disney Springs in 2015!
As the Downtown Disney Area transforms into Disney Springs, the first of its four distinct neighborhoods is starting to take shape along the waterfront. Known as The Landing, the area will be home to unique and memorable dining experiences including the just announced Morimoto Asia and The BOATHOUSE restaurants, opening in Spring or Summer 2015. ThemeParkHipsters will be excited to know that dining reservations will be available to book very soon.
The Haunted Mansion Collection added to the Beautifully Disney brand.
The Beautifully Disney boutique at the Marketplace Co-Op in Downtown Disney has a small staff of trained beauty advisors who provide complimentary tips and tricks for applying the cosmetics. If you’re a fan of daring eye shadow, ghoulish lipstick, and Disney’s Haunted Mansion then taking a trip to the Marketplace Co-Op in Downtown Disney is your best haunted bet.
Whelp, it’s a new year again and like most people I’ve made resolutions for 2014; however, my resolutions involve animals of Africa, food from France, and a voyage on the Titanic ThemeParkHipster style!
I am determined to conquer my ThemePark resolutions this year. Last year I procrastinated half way through, which led to my disappointing letdown of the 2013 goals. But Hipsters please trust me when I say that I will do it this year…seriously, I’m for real (I write this as I think of the readers laughing at my failed attempt to convince the masses of my determination).
