A Hersheypark annual pass is your golden ticket to a year-round adventure in the chocolate-filled wonderland of Hersheypark.
It’s like having unlimited access to all the rides, attractions, and chocolatey goodness the park has to offer for an entire year.
With different pass options available, you can choose the one that best suits your cravings for thrills and spills.

2025 Hersheypark Season Pass Options
You will find that Hersheypark has updated their annual pass system and so, there are 4 annual passes in total, including ones that will be especially great for families such as:
- Bite size season pass
- Full size season pass (Pre-k pass eligible)
- King size season pass (Pre-k pass eligible)
- Giant size season pass (Pre-k pass eligible)
What does a Hersheypark Season Pass include?
You’ll be happy to know that the Hersheypark Annual Pass comes with benefits such as unlimited visits, free parking, free tickets, discounts on food and merchandise, early park access and so much more!
As one would imagine, the more you pay, the more benefits you will get with your Hersheypark Season Pass.
It should be noted that every pass option gives you unlimited visits during spring weekend, summer, Hersheypark halloween including Dark Nights, a separately ticketed event, Christmas Candylane, and ZooAmerica.
Bite Size
This is the lowest tier and comes with the least amount of benefits. It costs $41.25 for a 4-month payment plan or $165 for a one-time payment. On top of unlimited visits, it includes:
- 50% off parking (no access to season passholder parking lot)
- 5% off food & drink, retail and games
Full Size
The second lowest tier is Full Size and gives you a bit more at a price of $49 a month on a 4-month payment plan or a $196 one-time payment. In addition to your unlimited visits, it includes:
- Free access to season passholder parking lot
- 1 free Pre-K Pass add-on
- 15% discount on food & drink, retail, and games
- 1 hour early access with sweet start
- Access to exclusive passholder events
- Monthly Rewards Program
- Discount on Hersheypark tickets
The perk here is that for about $30 more, you at least get perks worth the cost.
King Size
This is the pass I originally held before the introduction of Giant Size Passes to Hersheypark, which gave you the most perks at the time.
I can personally say it was worth the cost based on the perks for myself and my boyfriend, who have held passes for 3, going on 4 years now.
How much is a Hersheypark Season King Size Pass?
As of 2025, it costs $67.50 for a 4-month payment plan or $270 for a one-time payment.
This pass includes all the unlimited visits and perks of the Full Size pass, as well as the following:
- 2 Free Hersheypark tickets
- Free all-year drink plan
- Free Christmas Candylane hot beverage plan
- Season passholder appreciation bag (which comes filled with items including a car magnet, Hersheypark magnet, Lanyard with pass ID holder, and Souvenir cup)
- Discount on Hersheypark tickets
- First To Ride Twizzlers Twisted Gravity
While you can add the food plan, I immensely appreciated the drink plans, especially during brutally hot summer day visits and cold winter visits to see the holiday lights at the park in the evenings.
Giant Size
The Giant Size pass is the highest tier available that one can purchase when it comes to season passes at Hersheypark Theme Park.
My guess is because it holds the most valuable perks and a lot of visitors who were already king-size passholders like myself, upgraded since it made the most sense.
How much is a Hersheypark Season Giant Size Pass?
At $107.50 for a 4-month payment plan or $430 for a one-time payment, you get everything that is included in the King Size Passholder perks and additionally,
- Free single-use Fast Track each day
- Discount on Fast Track and Fast Track Unlimited up to 50%
- A Discount on All year Fast Track up to $150
- Access to Exclusive Giant Size Passholder Lounge
- 3 Free Snack Vouchers
- 2 Pre-K Passes
- First To Ride Twizzlers Twisted Gravity
It’s easy to say that the single-use Fast Track, lounge, and additional discounts make this pass worth the cost, especially during the peak summer season.
Hersheypark Pre-K Pass
Before I round up the pass options, there is one more thing that is greatly beneficial to those with little ones.
The Pre-K Pass is a special add-on for those who are already Full, King or Giant Size Passholders.
As a Full, King, or Giant Size Season Pass Holder, you can add the new Pre-K Pass perk, available for children born on or after July 1, 2020.
This add-on is free and included with your pass purchase (which I love)!
The little ones will also get unlimited visits to Hersheypark and ZooAmerica all year long, plus 1-hour early Sweet Start access during the summer season.
How do I activate the Pre-K Pass at Hersheypark?
- Step 1: Purchase a 2025 Full, King, or Giant Size Season Pass
- Step 2: Log in to your Self-Service Account to claim the Pre-K voucher within the ‘Benefits’ section of the account. As stated before, 1 Free Pre-K Pass is available with each Full and King Size Season Pass and 2 Pre-K Passes are available with each Giant Size Season Pass.
- Step 3: Visit Ticketing Services during normal operating hours, located just outside the main gate of Hersheypark, to activate and receive your printed Pre-K Pass. Remember to bring your Pre-K voucher, your Pre-K child, and a government-issued birth certificate or passport showing the child’s date of birth (must be born after July 1, 2020). It should be noted that this must be completed by August 31, 2025. Children 2 and under are eligible to redeem a Pre-K voucher, but are not required to have an admission ticket for entry.
- Step 4: After you activate and have your Pre-K pass, your child can visit during any operating day throughout 2025, at both Hersheypark and ZooAmerica.

What to Know Before You Buy Your Hersheypark Annual Pass
Now that you know the options that are available to you, you can now easily make a decision on whether or not it’s worth it based on finance and benefits.
It should be noted that pricing is online pricing only and Hersheypark tends to always have great deals on tickets and annual passes if you catch them early enough.
I highly recommend signing up for their email alerts so you can take advantage of the best savings for purchasing annual passes.
Is the Hersheypark Season Pass worth it?
Absolutely! My suggestion is always if you plan on visiting 2-3 times a year, it would be worth looking into the Bite or Full Size Annual Pass!
How long can you use the Hersheypark Season Pass?
2025 Season Passes are valid from January 1, 2025, through January 1, 2026. Please note that benefits do not begin until 2025 for rewards and ZooAmerica visits.

Once you start your monthly payment plan or pay fully for your pass, it’s active from January 1, 2025- January 1, 2026.

Where do I get my Hersheypark Annual Pass?
You can pick up a physical copy at guest services as you will need to take a photo for your pass. Once this is done, you can link a digital copy to your Apple wallet if you have an iPhone.
Do I need to be with the person I give my free Hersheypark ticket to at the park?
No, however, check the expiration date on the ticket to make sure it will be valid for their date of visit.
Where is the Hersheypark Passholder Lounge?
The lounge is located right near the Ferris wheel towards the back of the park.

2025 Hersheypark Season Pass Add-ons
In addition to the perks of your pass, you can pay an additional fee for add-ons.
Hersheypark Dining Plans for Season Pass Holders
For Hersheypark, there are two options that are available. The “All Summer Once-A-Day Dining Plan” and “All Summer Twice-A-Day Dining Plan.”
The “All Summer Once-A-Day Dining Plan” costs $99 until the end of February then the price goes up for the year. This allows you one meal per day at up to 13 locations. It includes an entree and a side during Spring Weekends, and the 2025 Summer season.
The All Summer Twice-A-Day Dining Plan costs $134 until the end of February then the price increases after that. With this Hersheypark dining plan, you can enjoy a dining experience every 180 minutes at up to 18 locations. The includes an entree and side during Spring Weekends and Summer season, 2025.
Hersheypark Drink Plans
There is only one option currently available for the drink plan, which lasts all year. The plan is free for King and Giant size passholders and with it, you get free reveals on fountain drinks and slushes.
For other passholders, the drink plan costs $44 until the end of February then the price of the Season Pass All-Year Drink Plan increases. You get free refills all year and it comes with a Souvenir Cup to use throughout the year on your visit to Hersheypark ThemePark.
Hersheypark Fast Track AKA Skip the Line Pass
You have two options when it comes to Hersheypark’s Fast Track program which allows you to minimize the wait times for your Hersheypark visit for select attractions.
The standard Fast Track gives you the chance to skip the regular line one time at Hersheypark’s participating attractions with prices starting at $30.00.
The other package option is Fast Track Unlimited with a cost starting at $55. This pass allows you to bypass the regular line all day long at participating attractions for an unlimited amount of time during the day.
This benefit can also be used during Dark Nights at Hersheypark Halloween.
