The Mint Julep is the Kardashian of Disneyland drinks. By that, I mean to say that it’s a super-famous thing you either love or hate.

It has huge crowds of dedicated fans queueing up for it. And has around the same number of people sneering at it and calling it ‘not real’.

Quite an eventful life for a non-alcoholic drink, wouldn’t you say?

Cedar Point Sunrise over Gatekeeper entrance. One of the best Cedar Point roller coasters.

Hold on Tight! These are the 10 BEST Cedar Point Roller Coasters All RANKED!

Are you ready to conquer THE best roller coasters at Cedar Point?

Located right off the Lake Erie peninsula, Cedar Point is the second oldest amusement park in the world after Lake Compounce.

The 152 year old park was crucial to the start of the infamous coaster wars of the late 1980s, early 1990s by building Magnum XL-200.

Magnum XL-200 debuted in 1989 as the World’s First Hypercoaster breaking several records upon its opening and consistently making the Golden Ticket Awards’ Top 50 Roller Coasters list every year to this very day.

Since then, Cedar Point adopted the nickname “Roller Coast”, due to the many record-breaking coasters that followed Magnum XL-200 and the fact that it’s off Lake Erie.

With that being said, if you’re a coaster enthusiast like myself, you are going straight to the very best that a theme park has to offer.

Cedar Point is no exception as the flagship for the Cedar Fair company, which boasts over 16 different parks under their umbrella.

Today, I am going to go over the 10 best Cedar Point roller coasters just for you!

Cedar Point Ohio Magnum XL 200 roller coaster and Cedar Point Shores water park

Magnum XL-200 at Cedar Point: A Guinness Book of World Records Holder for Insane Heights!

Did you know that Magnum XL-200 at Cedar Point got its name from the show, “Magnum P.I?”

It was chosen due to the popularity of the ride at the time. “XL” was added to emphasize the length of the ride and 200 due to its height.

Cedar Point is known globally as the Roller Coast of the United States.

And to no one’s surprise, Cedar Point has a mildly impressive collection of roller coasters that have helped set the tone, make the standard and essentially ignite the coaster battles of the early 2000s.

Amongst this established collection is a roller coaster named “Magnum.”

This particular one is not amongst the first named when you think of Cedar Point; however, it still has earned its spot with coaster fans.

But what makes Magnum XL-200 special? Today, I will answer that very question!

Is 4 Days Enough: How Many Days Do I Need for Disney World in 2025?

One of the biggest questions I’m often asked is: how many days do I need for Disney World?

Obviously, there’s no right answer here because there’s no way to get absolutely everything done at all four parks, Disney Springs, the water parks, hotels, and more in a month, let alone a few days while on vacation.

Why four?

Well, there’s four theme parks. So I’m going to show you how to plan one for each day, and squeeze in some other fun things throughout your Disney trip.

As solo travelers it’s so easy to bounce around the parks, hopping into Single Rider lines and skipping some things you definitely don’t want to do (looking at you, Astro Orbiter).

So what does the four day basic itinerary look like for a ThemeParkHipster?
