I love reading some of the most inspirational quotes from Walt Disney.
He was a dreamer, an innovator, and a true testament of what hard work and perseverance can do for anyone who believes.
From the early days of animation in Missouri to the opening of Disneyland in 1955, Walt’s work and legacy still lives on.
Walt Disney has inspired me and other great people of this world to dream BIGGER, do MORE, and LIVE uninhibitedly.
His words and passion has inspire not only me, but all of us to live out our dreams.
It is with great honor that I give you the best Walt Disney quotes to inspire you in your life.

1. If you can dream it, you can do it.
This quote means a lot to me as I’ve always been a dreamer.
Being a dreamer in life can be great but sometimes when your dream is big, it can allow room for doubt to creep in when things are going at a slower pace.
I encourage you to ALWAYS dream big despite all of the challenges that may come your way on your journey to greatness!

2. First, think. Second, believe. Third, dream. And finally, dare.
Our imagination is one of the most powerful traits of human beings. It’s where the future is made.
It’s where we get the courage to create something awesome. For me, it’s where I thrive the most as I’m always ready to think, believe, dream, create and do it!

3. When you’re curious, you find lots of interesting things to do.
Every answer in life is found at the start of curiosity. So never be afraid to question things.
Never be afraid to ask why…
4. A person should set his goals as early as he can and devote all his energy and talent to getting there.
Are you tired of being mediocre in your life? It’s not that you don’t have the drive to do it, you just need a path to get started.
This is your time to set realistic goals no matter how big or small they are, just start listing them out.
I do this by keeping a notebook near me (you can also use your phone) where I’m constantly writing down things that I want to accomplish in my life.
Whether it’s getting my health together or whether it’s figuring out how to keep this website going with all of the trials that I’m faced with everyday, I have to have my goals set or nothing will get done.

5. All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them.
This is probably my favorite Walt Disney quote. Many times the dreams of people end up in the grave along with them in the casket.
Taking that step to go after your dream can be scary! If anyone understands this, it’s definitely me.
Creating this theme park blog has put me in A LOT of uncomfortable situations but in order for me to show up for you, I have to push past my own fears and insecurities everyday.
That’s I know that this quote is powerful and I wish more people would seek courage.
6. The difference in winning and losing is most often not quitting.
I’m not sure if you needed to hear this quote today but I sure did.
The last six months have been the most trying time in my business and this is what I needed to hear to keep going.
7. The way to get started is to quit talking and begin doing.
This is one of those moments where you need to get all of your ideas out of your head, get them fleshed out on some paper and start taking action TODAY!

All innovations start with imagination, so continue to dream and create!
9 . When you believe in a thing, believe in it all the way, implicitly and unquestionable.
This Walt Disney quote is so true! Whenever you want to change something in your life for the good of your overall being, you WILL have to go 100% ALL IN!
Having this kind of belief and passion will get you through the rough moments when you want to quit.

10. The more you are in a state of gratitude, the more you will attract things to be grateful for.
Just remember to never stop being thankful; even in the moments that may seem small in your life.
11. Laughter is timeless, imagination has no age, dreams are forever.
Never forget to stop laughing. It’s the best medicine.
12. The more you like yourself, the less you are like anyone else, which makes you unique.
Take time alone to discover all of the things that make you unique.
Have a quiet dinner solo where you bring a journal to jot down all of the things that make you happy no matter how big or how small they are (this is one of the things I love to do).
Better yet, take that solo trip to Disney World where you can really see what it’s like to learn all things about yourself that you never knew was there.
That’s what happened to me when I started traveling to Disney alone.

13. Adults are only kids grown up, anyway.
Walt Disney told no lies here. That’s exactly who we ALL are as adults.
This can positive or negative depending on how you have been able to cope with situations from your childhood.
Disney Adults get a bad reputation on social media because we are misunderstood.
Yes we come to the parks to escape but many times it’s our happy place that allows us to reconnect with that little boy or little girl inside of us in a healthy way.
I will never stop going as the Disney Parks are my Theme Park Therapy!
14. That’s the real trouble with the world. Too many people grow up.
This is a good follow up from the last quote. Some people take themselves way too serious and because they have a lot issues going on within, they like to deflect and push them onto others around them (in person or online).
My advice for you is to just live your BEST life! Be a great person, live out your dreams, be kind to others and tap into that childlike curiosity that we all used to have when we didn’t take thing so seriously.
15. We create happiness.
The Disney Parks definitely do this for us!

17 . There is more treasure in books than in all the pirate’s loot on Treasure Island.
Keep learning and discovering new things in life. Books are a great place to start and will always be number one in my book.
But don’t forget about other resources such as blogs and videos.
18. You may not realize it when it happens, but a kick in the teeth may be the best thing in the world for you.
I hate to admit this but the last six months in my life have been tough!
However, now that I’m getting through all of the stages of grief, I can finally understand that I needed to experience this setback to help set me up for success in the near future.
19 – Get a good idea and stay with it. Dog it, and work at it until it’s done right.
This goes along with quote number 9 in that whenever you want to change something in your life for the good of your overall being, you WILL have to go 100% ALL IN!

20. I have been up against tough competition all my life. I wouldn’t know how to get along without it.
At my big age, I’m finally started to understand this quote from Walt Disney and I can agree with it.
Competition keeps you on your toes, it keeps you honest with yourself and it keeps you innovation!
21. The greatest moments in life are not concerned with selfish achievements but rather with the things we do for the people we love and esteem.
This is one of those churchy “AMEN” moments because that’s how I feel reading this Disney quote.
Some of my best memories in life have been when I’ve helped someone and remembered the look of absolute appreciation they had due to a simple gesture from me.
22. When you go to bat as many times as I do, you’re bound to get a good average.
To me this means that you should never give up and that you should ALWAYS continue to take your shots in life. You never know which one will land!

23. Why worry? If you’ve done the very best you can, worrying won’t make it any better.
Is it me or are these quotes just getting better? Or maybe it’s because I just need to hear them at this time in my life.
After all, you can’t go wrong if you know that you’ve done your best!
24. We keep moving forward, opening new doors, and doing new things, because we’re curious and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.
This can go with quote number three as every answer in life is found at the start of curiosity. So never be afraid to question things to get to the other side of the solution.

25. Do your best work then try to trump it.
Always strive for GREATNESS! Even when you’ve think that you’ve mastered something, you can always be better.
26. I only hope that we never lose sight of one thing — that it was all started by a mouse.
We will never forget Mickey Mouse and his impact and influence on American history.

27. It’s kind of fun to do the impossible.
This is another one of my favorite Walt Disney quotes as the Disney Parks are a testament of what happens when the impossible is brought to life!
28. You can design and create, and build the most wonderful place in the world. But it takes people to make the dream a reality.
A popular phrase states that “Team Work, Makes the Dream Work,” and I agree 100%.
This doesn’t have to be just in business or in your career, this can also be applied to raising incredible kids.
29. When you believe in a thing, believe in it all the way, implicitly and unquestionable.
I had to repeat this quote because this is the foundation of making your dreams come true in life.
NO LONGER will we go about life with mediocrity, WE WILL WIN and we will put everything we have into creating the life we desire while pursuing the purpose God has created us for.
30. The fear of rejection is ever so paralyzing too!
This quote is not from Walt Disney but from me as I inspired to encourage you today before we end this article.
Rejection prevents dreams from coming to fruition and world changing stories to be left untold. Technological advances are also destroyed before evening being built.
I go through rejection along with everyone in this world. It’s something inevitable throughout our journey.
The key to not becoming the lifeless drone or faceless person in the gravest is to use the entity of rejection and roll it into a brand new OPPORTUNITY for your life.
31. In bad times and in good I’ve never lost my sense of zest for life.
Just keep living the best life you can regardless of your circumstance.
32. I always like to look on the optimistic side of life, but I am realistic enough to know that life is a complex matter.
This quote is so true and it’s how I live my life as well.
33. Disneyland will never be completed. It will continue to grow as long as there is imagination left in the world.
Never become complacent. Always continue to grow and strive to be the best version of yourself.
